Sensitive Personal Data: Global Forest does not request or collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or political opinions) through this web portal. Please refrain from including such information in our forms or CVs.

Refusal to allow the use of your personal data for secondary purposes shall not constitute grounds for denying you the requested services or quotes.

In addition to the procedure for exercising your ARCO rights and refusing the processing of your data for secondary purposes, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by requesting your registration in Global Forest’s internal Exclusion List(Listado de Exclusión), in order to avoid receiving promotional communications, newsletters, or advertising materials.

4. International Data Transfer

We inform you that your personal data may be shared intercompany with our affiliated entity Natural Trade Inc., located in British Columbia, Canada, under equivalent confidentiality policies, for the purposes of international supply chain management, corporate reporting, and import logistics.

Outside of this corporate group relationship, your personal data will not be sold, commercialized, or transferred to unauthorized third parties, except as provided under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP (compliance with statutory legal obligations or mandatory administrative/judicial requirements).

If you do not express your opposition to your personal data being transferred to our affiliate Natural Trade Inc., it shall be understood that you have granted your consent for such transfer.

To exercise your ARCO rights or to revoke your consent, you must submit a formal written request to soporte@globalforest.com.mx containing the following minimum requirements:

  1. Full name of the Data Subject (titular) and an email address to receive the response.
  2. Valid official identification proving your identity (or power of attorney for legal representatives).
  3. Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
  4. Any other element or document that facilitates locating your personal data.

Response Timeframe: We will review and respond to your request within a maximum timeframe of 20 business days from the date of receipt. If determined to be grounded, the response will be rendered effective within 15 business days following the date on which the resolution is communicated to you.

7. Amendments to the Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time to comply with statutory updates, internal policies, or new requirements for providing our services.
